    I see you do not recommend using wireless on a streaming computer and I absolutely agree with that. However, I installed wireless as a emergency connection and I'm glad I did. One Sunday I walked in to find the internet was down. I turned on my cell phone hot spot and connected the streaming computer to my phone. I had to lower my stream bitrate somewhat and we went live using the phone.

      When I say wireless, I generally mean WIFI - as in the LAN wifi to connect cameras, etc. In a pinch, streaming from a hotspot is viable. The ATEMs and the Yolobox for example all tether to your phone so you can use mobile data to stream. As long as the upload speed is enough, there's nothing wrong with it.

    Good info. Our church is using an ATEM Mino Pro into Castr for multistreaming. Too many problems with OBS.

    Also I would love to hear input about mics. I currently have a single shotgun but I saw the double.

    Guys! What specs I need to stream 24/7 multiples pre-recorded videos (10-15) at the same time on CZcams .

    • @ChurchSetup
      @ChurchSetup  Před rokem

      Multiple streams of different things (like music streams, etc) requires multiple encoders. So you would need different instances of an encoder running on your PC.
      I think most people doing this are probably utilizing virtual machines in a data center somewhere.

      @@ChurchSetup using encoder like obs if i want ti run multiple streams up to 15 what specs I need?

    • @ChurchSetup
      @ChurchSetup  Před rokem

      @@meyobipe6521 Not sure. Like I said, most people doing that kind of thing are probably running multiple instances of virtual machines, not using a single PC to try and encode multiple different streams.
      I'm not sure even a 4090 could encode fifteen 1080p streams at the same time. IMO, you're looking at multiple machines and at least gigabit upload speeds.
      So, can't help you there. Sorry. :)

      Are there laptops you recommend to purchase or build or for youtubers and content creators? I had a HD spectre that is 7 years old and as much as I liked it, it seemed like I needed more power. I love the laptops that fold like that but the new ones are not as nice looking...I think they changed the color to black and not even sure if it is plastic or still aluminum. I am thinking of using my next purchase for livestreaming, video editing, sound effects, and possibly using a few cameras.
