very interesting and innovative - I am from US but raised for the first 5 years of my life by a grandmother that had Turkish and Greek neighbors, so I was spoiled in a culinary heaven! For me, this recipe, and many others are a pleasure to see and do as they take me down memory lane .... the idea of instant coffee dough is awesome: I did it but rolled mine a bit thinner and then cut it in thin strips like linguini - I did cook it like pasta - I made a custard sauce (crema inglese) and served with shavings of white and dark chocolate.
I also did the same but used cacao instead of coffee: this one I rolled burek method and style and filled it with ricotta (the cannoli style ricotta filling) and baked the burek way .... next I will experiment with a cacao dough as a desert pizza, so it will have yeast .... raspberry jam instead of tomato sauce, or other jam that pairs well with cacao (apricot, strawberry, quince, pear, etc.) few slivered almonds, some slices of peaches, or figs, or cherries, some fruit .... and bake it the pizza way and then serve it with some whipping cream or maybe vanilla ice cream? .... again, awesome idea, so Thank you

Básicamente es la misma masa de los churros españoles (harina, sal y agua hirviendo) el café y el azúcar es lo adicional y la forma es diferente. Que buena se ve! ❤

Hello from Thailand...such an interesting coffee recipe i have never seen before . This looks simple in cooking stages but seems very yummy (crispy coffee stick serve with coffee whipped cream). It's a must to try one day.
In Thailand we have one snack recipe called " crispy krong krang" but the difference are 1. No coffee mixed 2. We use coconut sugar caramel instead of coffee cream 3. Chewing texture. Just for ur infor.

This looks amazing )))) The cream for the topping is not known here. Maybe "heavy whipping cream" can substitute. It starts more liquid than yours, but whips to a peak like yours. "CoolWhip" might also work. I have no cream in the house today, but I can make the crispy part. ))))) INdiana, USA
