A simple method for making hedges or shrubs or bushes with foam rubber and flocking. Add anything else you like to create unique scenery at very little cost.
Nice technique. I use a similar one using 3-M (or cheaper generic) dish sponge green pads. There are used by architects to figure hedges on their architectural models and I use them now to create hedges too. I just spray them with a basic greenish brown paint then add glue and flocking on it. When I want to make an overgrown hedge I use fiber grass applied with a grassinator and the result is quite good too. Eric.
Thanks James, It`s worth a go but I fear it may just compress the foam rubber because it tends to stick to the skewer along it`s length......I will try it though....nothing ventured nothing gained as they say.....Thank you for the suggestion. Cheers Gormo

Another great idea ive had a go but i sprayed the stick with silicon spray much easier to remove.
