I added avocado, lemon juice and lemon zest, parsley and cilantro and sea salt to the dressing, amazing!!!
I made this salad the other day & it was awesome!! Totally addicting with the tortilla chips.
Did you use spinach and basil? I am not quiet sure what she is using 😅

Some people do cilantro instead of basil but I think basil is better. ❤

I think the pine nuts make it like that. They are oil dense creates an emulsification
