A lot of people don't know how extra special this game was for Murray. So many friends, family, former coaches, etc were at this game to support him. We played at this stadium every year for the playoff games in high school and won.
the cards bouncing back like that against the cowboys really impressed me
the cowboys are not really too impressive.. they are decent but they cant stand up against a strong hussle like the cardinals gave. the cowboys were totally outmatched. the cardinals on the otherhand really demonstrated great skill

You’d be wrong about that. They were the most penalized team by far in 2021, 3rd most OL combinations, There 3 wr’s played 4 games together, and the kicker was terrible in every game they lost by 1 possession he missed atleast 1 easyyy fg. They overcome adversity time after time got 12 wins only 2 teams had more than that and the lost on a last second FG 3 times. Nothing went perfect for them. The Quaterback got hurt halfway through the year as well. In the end they hurt themselves with penalties. In 4 games last year they had 15 or more penalties including the playoff loss vs the 49ers. (16 penalties 130+ yards). Football is a game of imperfection. No team including Dallas is ever perfect and Dallas is far from it. Low iq opinions like this make me laugh.

The Dallas offense has once again come out very anemic to start the game. Their 3rd down conversion rate was low, but they were perfect on 4th down. Dak Prescott is still off target on his throws, but the thing that worries me is the playcalling of Mike McCarthy and Kellen Moore

The officials clearly tried to dictate the momentum swing early on with holds on Dallas. non holding call on D law which would've been close to a safety but a for sure sack. Parsons was held all game with hands inside his shirt. Coops non pass inference call at the end
Murray is a video game player when healthy. He literally can wind up and throw the ball in the same time it takes most quarterbacks to do a shovel pass. His release is so insanely quick you can’t even jump in the air to plug the lane.

@@wook1990 that is actually not true the red sea is a big component for majority of their home games unless they are playing Midwestern teams mainly the Packers but the Packer fans travel well in almost every stadium in the league and there is a lot of Midwestern ties in AZ a lot of the valley is from the Midwest. And obviously teams like the Raiders or Steelers will bring their fans but than again that is like everywhere just moreso. Same is true with the Sun's. Sun's have a 60/40 sometimes more fan advantage against the Lakers for home games. That is pretty drastic given the Sun's fans actually travel pretty well example the Clippers postseason series last year, yet the Lakers have a home court advantage damn near against most western teams in all California teams. It just depends on the team I would include Cowboy fans in the mix but i feel like Cards fan come out in droves when they host the Cowboys it isn't much of an advantage there for the boys like in most places.

And I expected the game to be close which it wasn't for most of the game until the very end.
But the Cowboys should really feel bad after this loss. They lost to a short handed Cards team who were missing some offensive weapons and defensive weapons on both sides of the ball and kept the Cowboys out of the game for most of it.

Totally agree. Lifelong Cowboys fan here. It is a shame when you have the #1 Offense in the NFL and you can't beat teams with a winning record. Today was a good chance to make a statement, but I am not surprised we lost. We have to be honest with ourselves-Dak is just an average QB who can beat below .500 teams, but not good enough to beat top tier NFL teams. Defense is better than offense right now overall, but doesn't play well against good QB's like today. Dallas will never make it past the 2nd round of the playoffs with Dak as QB unless they play a below .500 team.

@@tripwire5590 okay, but we are talking about this game and it being "clear". There was a big missed call at the end of the game that should have given the cowboys the ball. Delay of game and a fumble on the same play where Dallas recovered, but refs didn't even review either. The announcers repayed both and it was obvious delay of game and fumble. Dallas would have gotten the ball and could have scored or tied the game. I don't call that being a clear indication they can't play with winning teams( granted they did loose to the jags lol)

Myself and 7 other family members were here at this game to support Murray. We are all Cowboys fan but when it came to this game, we all supported our hometown QB.

Cowboys will not be a one and done, will they win the super bowl probably not. They were bound to lose one after winning 4 straight. It’s a sucky loss but better to get the sucky loss out of the way before the playoffs than during. Arizona needed this game to stay alive in their division. We didn’t really need this game. We unlikely we’re going to get the 1 seed and if we got the 2 seed we’d have to play eagles a third time. Never like having to play a team three times in a season no matter who it is. Strategic loss today if there ever was a thing.

I have been a cowboy fan for 40 plus years. Believe the trouble with Dallas beating good teams is their quarterback and their running back. Prescott looks unsure of himself at times misses throws that a first-year quarterback should not be missing. Ezekiel Elliott looks like his best days are behind him.

Dallas is not a good team, I'm a life long Cowboys fan, since I was a kid, grew up watching Troy, Emmit, Micheal, Jay Novachek, Moose Johnson and etc.... Dallas punches down, beats up on teams they should win and plays garbage against winning teams. Dak is a ok quarterback, not worth the money but hell I'm happy he got his, I foresee a first round exit this year, I think Dallas should be looking to draft a quarterback in the future, I know its a team game but this up and down play from Dallas is sickening.
You're 100% correct. They are bullies ---- beating up on weaklings and getting pushed around by good teams. If Dak is worth $40 million then Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers are worth twice that. They made a huge mistake by not giving Romo his team back in 2016 after he recovered from his preseason injury. That was the year where they had all the pieces (much like this year) only to get knocked in the first round to a lowly Giants team who showed how bad Prescott really was. His stats are an illusion. He racks up up big yards when his team is down by 3 or 4 scores because the game is already over and the other team loosens up the defence to prevent the big play. He can't convert on 3rd and long but it seems other QBs can do that with regularity against Dallas. The bottom line is that Prescott is not a pure passer like the QBs I previously mentioned and he chokes when it matters. Time to move on from him and draft a guy who started to learn how to pass a football , read defences, and remain calm from the time they started playing Pop Warner --- a PURE PASSER!
If you are a lifetime Cowboys fan you remember in 1998 when the Cardinals came in to Dallas and ended your dynasty in the playoffs. That Dallas team with the triplets never saw the playoffs again.
