Hi Judith, is this a different detox from last time 12 day smoothie detox ? I heard you telling Alex about peanut butter and mine doesn't have any of the receipes with peanut butter. If so which one do you prefer?
It’s the same one but they added extra days and I think new smoothies
Hi Nancy. It depends when you got the detox… when I first shared it years ago it was a 12 day detox. The creator made a few changes a couple years ago and it’s now a 14 day detox that way it can be split into a week for those who can’t do the full 14 days. It’s offered as week one and two now. It’s from the same creator though so they both work the same. The recipes were just tweaked slightly. I think if you have your initial email from when you got the first one you can email them and they’ll update you with the new one. 💚
