i have a settings vid in the description, my advice would be to play with what's comfortable, don't push yourself to use a higher sens if it's not beneficial. other tip would be to lower your deadzones to the point where you barely get stick drift, so you have more control over small aim movement
I recently played a game of Team Slayer on Reflection (Halo: Reach) and managed to accumulate 30 kills, but we lost because my teammates were absolutely stupid and clueless. They had no idea what they were doing, and always got killed without knowing what's going on. They had 9, 4 and 3 kills, while I did the carrying all by myself. That is the reason we lost. Situations like this have happened to me a lot of times.
