The lines "I'd pay the devil twice as much to keep your soul" and "I am the righteous hand of god, and I am the devil that you forgot" give me chills-
It is an excellent song! Anna singing it gives me the vibe of someone who was exiled for being a witch

This is the Exact second comment from the original poor mans poison video. Nice job with the ctrl v.
That second line is my personal favorite.
I love the parallel between the lyrics, as if the character portrayed in the song is the personification of Justice, indiscriminate, never truly good or evil.
The way that I see the protagonist in this song is as a preacher who as a youth was cast out due to doubts of the preacher's words, who through his years of absence read the Bible, learning of God, and his influence. They also became a gunslinger during this time, fighting for their life in the old west. They come back to their hometown, learning that the other preacher was a money hungry cult leader that disguised their true intention for their selfish gain, and so the protagonist, set fire to the town and church, killing the preacher and teaching the actual truth afterwards. Brutal, indiscriminate, but learned.
The Clint Eastwood film "High Plains Drifter" is basically this song

I saw almost this exact same comment on the original video by Poor Man's Poison. It started a whole argument about whether justice could be neutral and what would justice even mean if it's not morally good.

That was pretty good, she at as always. We used this song Hells Coming With Me for my colorguard show, we won 1st place in our class for winter season last season and I'm glad ppl still find it a headbanger like we performed it out to be. Great job Anna!
