Methheamoglobinemia. spo2 will be low despite fi02 of 100 i had seen 2 cases - 1 was by ingestion of agricultural fertilizers 2nd case was after ingestion of paint solvent ( nitrobenzene) Both of them survived after Methyline Blue ,vit C. , it can be seen in pediatric patients who are on nitric oxide inhalation for Ards.
