my front derailleur stop working because the cable became unplugged somehow. I'm missing the little plastic casing that is around the end of the wire, do I need to get a new wire if that is missing? it won't stay in but shifting works if I press it and hold it in
Oh dang, you are right, we don’t show unplugging your Shimano Di2 wires! The easiest way is to use Shimano’s TL-EW02 cable plug tool to connect and disconnect your 10-speed and 11-speed components simply by using the prong end of the tool to unplug the wire from the battery or component. For 12-speed EW-SD300 wires, use the TL-EW300 tool.
