I know everyone who has adhd is different but for me personally I’m not a fan of a minute per trigger it kinda stresses me out with how fast they go in my opinion, but the thing I like about this video it didn’t feel rushed it was felt chilled even though they were a minute each didn’t feel rushed it that makes sense, just a nice video
