Any point in the fascial plane is fine, Thoraco Acromial artery is just a guide. The key is volume in the plane, the volume of 10ml has not been researched clinically, it is just extrapolation from Blanco's initial description. From personal experience, I use 15-20mls of 0.2% Ropivacaine or 0.25% Bupivacaine

Is locating thoracoacromial artery a must in PECS 1 block??? or i can inject at any point in facial plane??
