Can ulcer be detected in ultrasound ?
Very helpful. Thank you.
Excellent video!
Thank you
very Nice video DR Madan, should have included image/ clipping of probe position.
Curvilinear probe kept in the sagittal plane (Probe marker towards the head) in the epigastrium below the xiphoid process. Patient in supine and then turned over to right lateral decubitus (RLD) position.
Very well made video.
Thank you
Cool video
Loved the music:)
Nice. So it's possible to see ulcer structure in ultrasound? Thx
It is possible (not all areas), especially when it perforates and leaks airbubbles and fluid under the liver. But, I am not a radiologist, I have seen only in the extremes.
@@mnar76 thank you!!
I was wondering I 've chronic problem. Sometimes in duodenal are for many days pain and bloating. At night no Symptoms. Not food related. No diarrhoea!
I got in last 3 years 3 Ultrasound but always they said (3 different ones) there is nthg on stomach/colon wall. And expected colon irritabile.
Further I 've gluthen intolerance but I try to avoid bread/noodles as good as possible.
I thought of H pylori... But so asked the docs clearly what about EGD? But they said not for sure needed. From
Gyn point of you, the bloating was not not related to gyn. So the gyn doc.
Stool showed colon is inflamed e.g. high calprotectin.
Further I 've much stress.
There are also periods of .ca weeks or more without anything. Like a new human
Thought of TCM now :)
So u know why I asked if you see ulcer on ultrasound
@@mnar76 I saw the radiologist always. . .
Which kind of Dr are you?:)
@@t.t.6677 Sorry am an anaesthesiologist, i best believe you would need to consult a gastroenterologist.
