@Tom Nope, I'm not confused. Maybe you should rewatch the video to understand. Perhaps you are confusing cytotoxicity with antibody response.
Who said I think infected cells should carry on producing more viruses? That's a strawman argument.

@Tom The authors noted that they DO NOT KNOW whether the presence of the NK cells is protective OR damaging. Therefore nobody really knows on paper whether more or less of a yet to be determined good or bad thing... is a good or a bad thing. There are several markers showing it's not a good thing. One of them being the /100k acute care numbers for those with 3 doses is surpassing the non jabbed, and it's looking even worse for those with 4 and 5.

Let me get this straight. I get boosted and my liver, ovaries, spleen, pituitary and adrenals express SP. Antibodies bind to these cells and NK cell FcRs recognize the antibodies. Binding of NK cell to target cell results in immunological synapse forming between cells. The perforins punch holes in target cell and granzymes enter cell leading to cellular apoptosis. What happens to my liver, ovaries, spleen, pituitary and adrenals? If my NK cells are occupied destroying these organs, can they carry out their other functions, like destroying tumor cells? Sounds like over time we are learning how little we know about what we have done. Ignorance is bliss.

NK cells have a specific function that they carry out. The fact that they are killing SARS-CoV-2 and/or COVID-19 antigens does not deter them from performing their function elsewhere. A surplus of NK Cells is not harmful to healthy cells.
Vaccine boost has inherent risk commensurate with undisclosed vaccine adverse events. For those who are low risk (age & comorbidities) it may be better to have Omicron infection. Informed Consent!
It is possible to increase NK cells with supplements like AHCC (mushroom based).

Four questions (I think I know the answers, but I'd like to share them in order to motivate your own reasoning):
    1. Are we talking about the same CD16 receptor found on the surface of neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, certain T cells, and highly expressed in non-classical monocytes?
    2. Upon natural killer cell activation, what would happen to our population of immune cells (especially non-classical monocytes) if they contain, or worse express, S1 or S1/S2 protein, and what would happen to our organism if such amount of protein toxins are suddenly released in a systemic fashion? (see Bruce K. Patterson et al studies, and Caroline Junqueira et al studies)
    3. Upon natural killer cell activation, what would happen if vaccine PEG-coated LNP-mRNA (or adenovirus-vector), or spike protein, had found a way into our bloodstream and had entered/attached to other organs and tissues? (see Sandhya Bansal et al studies, and Katharina Röltgen et al studies)
    4. In relation to natural killer cell activation, what would happen to our organs and tissues if viral antigen debris is still present in them from a recent natural infection, or from vaccination, and then a vaccine dose/booster is injected, which induces the generation of a new flow of antibodies? (see Chun Chau Lawrence Cheung et al studies)

@@DezentKeck My opinion is that everytime you avoid something, it leads to fear, then to anger, then to hate and then to suffering (i.e. unhappiness, anxiety, disease). I'd personally prefer a fulfilling life, with risk mitigation strategies (e.g. health improvement and early-treatment approach, in most cohorts) and without risk augmentation actions (e.g. vaccination, in most cohorts). I mean, I'd not "avoid" anything (negative perception), I'd just sense, feel, accept and then choose a fulfilling path (positive perception).
For me, life is a fear conquering challenge (in this case, when healthy, conquer the fear of being ill and do good things, and you'll probably be fine; when ill, conquer the fear of being hospitalized and do good things, and you'll probably be fine; when hospitalized, conquer the fear of being severely ill and do good things, and you'll probably be fine; when severely ill, conquer the fear of death and do good things, and you'll probably be fine). if the NK cell needs an antibody to bind to the infected cell, the adaptive immune response has already mounted by infection or vaccination. More important and protective is if it binds directly to the infected cell and acts as real first line defense, which is particularly important for Covid, which mutes the innate immune system.

About the internal network card issue:
Did you turn off the power management of the network card in case you are using Windows as operating system?
The power management if it remains activated often leads to issue like those you have experienced because the Windows OS often tries to reduce the power consumption of the network card to save energy. But this often comes at a loss of speed and operating stability of the network card.

At the very beginning of the rollout I was extraordinarily naive and took the first two Pfizer jabs. Not for myself, but in order to “protect” my elderly father, who lives on 24/7 oxygen, as I was helping care for him.
If I’d have just waited another few weeks, I would have realized the true intention with which this jab was invented, as well as the fact it was already patented a couple years prior.
As a result, I am recently showing extraordinarily high levels of alt phosphatase on my labwork (high liver enzymes). To make things worse, alt phos is one of the thousands of “side effects” Pfizer mentions - after judicial intervention. It makes sense when I put it together w/ Dr B’s lectures.
On a more positive note, I can only be thankful I have already accepted the Lord Jesus as my savior. If this was meant to be, I can only warn others of my mistake. And although I may be leaving this earth to join Him much sooner than I’d imagined ( if He doesn’t come to take His church before I go), I’m fine with that as long as I know i’ll spend eternity with Jesus. Now, I feel it’s my job to tell others there is a way out of this terrible situation, and He is waiting for each of us to ask Him for forgiveness of our sins and have faith in Him. If this is turning out to be the perfect weapon, like people are saying , Jesus is the perfect Antidote to an eternity in hell.

According to the Boston Children's Hospital study (presented 2 weeks ago on this channel) ADE occurs in severe Covid patients but not in the vaccinated plasma.
ADCC does occur in the vaccinated plasma, and is discussed as a good thing in this study, because NK cells destroy infected cells.
Both these mechanisms are dependent on the binding of the CD16 receptor(either on NK cells or monocytes) and Fc part of the IgG antibody. Afucosylation. Am I correct?
Why can ADCC occur in vaccinated plasma and why not ADE?

So if this happens to both infected and vaccinated individuals… it doesn’t sound like a good call to get the shots, and the boosters when why don’t even prevent infection and you’re also going to get infected a couple times on top of that…

@Tom do we absolutely know this for sure though? Are they doing comparison tests with unvaccinated, or is that just the pharma marketing department talking points? I have heard plenty of unvaxxed getting over this in a day or so, or in many cases seemingly avoiding getting omicron at all, despite being in heavy contact.

It is curious that the vaccine produced a greater response than the infection. I dont think it is a very fair comparison, as the distribution of infectious agents throughout the body is capable of being fast more symptomatic than correctly injected vaccine. However, this is as important as it has always been, we need to know they are NOT being injected into a systematically distributing organ system, the circulatory system through veins and arteries, by just asperating the needle. Also, I always have a bit of a problem believing that the dosage they give these in vitro samples in experiments like this, I have not found much attention being given to how differences in the ECM, topology, and distribution of cells between in vitro and in vivo model would effect things such as nanolipid import efficiency, translation efficiency of the transcript, and overall availability of cells importing the mRNA to interact with NK cells. There is just a lot of asterisks if you're being humble about the findings.
