Thanks Matt for all you are recording. I Admire your passion and you truly inspire me 😁👍
Really glad you are enjoying my videos!!! Thanks for the comment and thanks for watching!!! Take care!
GB distribution that's where i take everything i need for my vintage sleds ! great service
Yeah I buy a lot from him too!
Great video. Maybe more blue smoke in the next one!
Next one might be diesel smoke... Blue smoke is coming though!!!
If you see something you like, buy it because you may never get the chance again. That nice 370 engine was a good find.
Those are good words of wisdom! I can’t agree more!
Nice I will need to check out this video sorry i missed you over on the stream. Just posting one.
No problem! Glad to see you are already riding!!! Now you just need the lake to freeze!
@@mattsws It was 11 degrees F this morning and the lake had a thin ice on it, but some broke up when the wind picked up.
Only vintage sled heads will get it. Squirrelling away parts for future use is all part of the game. Plus your the guy who bails your buddies out in January who are not ready for the season. Nice video Matt!
Thanks!!
this is a great video thanks. I am glad to see GBDistribution in the vid. I want to order a couple tracks from him.
Yeah, I have to get some things from him also. Thanks for watching!
Guillaume is Awesome and well knowledged in these Ski Doo parts of old
Great haul Matt tried to comment earlier but that option was not working. Now we need a sled in need of an engine...
I currently have a 1968 Oly and Alpine and a 67 Alpine that are all 370s. Its going to be the best 3 engines that make it back into the sleds… I’m starting with the Olympique and then we go from there… stay tuned!!!
@@mattsws I will
I test-drove a used 245 years ago and ended up getting a 5500 instead. However now I would prefer the 245.
Yeah, I can understand the decision to drive a 5500 vs 245 on the trails, but from a coolness standpoint, the 245 is hard to beat! Thanks for watching!
Hey matt love your channel.. Could you tell me when the next swap meet is ?? I can't find nothing online..
Really glad you enjoy my channel! This year the Ormstown Show and swap is Aug 24th. Hope to see you there!
This video was a ski doo junkies dream!!! Great scores! 😮
Hahaha! Thanks for watching!!!
Nice finds!!! You would happen to have a coil for a 1997 formula s 380 🤣? Been looking for over a month cant seem to get my hands on any!
Unfortunately your sled is about 20 years too recent for me... I don't even have parts from the 80s! Sorry, but thanks for watching!!!
@@mattsws thanks for answering 🙂 no problem at all ill keep looking around. And keep up the cool videos love it!
@@toribee3607 Tare care!
Awesome finds, great video my friend looking forward to seeing these sleds come together.
Yeah I was a fun show!
You made out really well I love hoarding sled parts haha
I think it’s a common gene all us sled nuts have! Lol!
Nice stuff Matt.Ill have to try and get there next year
That would be great!!!

Thats a cool sled! Thanks for the comment!
I do have a channel
How did I miss this video haha..
I must've been a busy day. Guillaume Barbeau always has what you want right lol definitely gonna get some stuff ordered soon, anyways always love your content take care buddy
Yeah, one of my upcoming videos will be rebuilding a 245rv engine. I already contacted him for the parts! Glad you enjoyed the vid. Take care!
By chance did you get the price of the tracks? I have a 68’ super alpine and I’m looking to buy new tracks. Just want to know about how much it would be.
I know he was selling them about 575$ CAN at one point this summer.
probably getting to the time of life where the former owners of late 60s and 70s shop owners are all passing away (rip) - buy these parts while you can
That's for sure. Old NOS parts are getting harder and harder to come across...
Great vid, Man! Are those new tracks for old Ski Doo sleds? Would love to get more info on them! I like Winderosa stuff because the company is based here in Maine. By the way, what kind of camera do you use? Thinking of stepping up my video game...
Yeah its pretty nice to know that we can start getting NEW old style tracks. I think they cost about 575$ CAN, but at least we have the option of a new track. My gear is nothing too impressive. I used an iphone 8 and a gopro hero 8 for most of my vids… Thanks for watching!
