  • Remains found in a Florida reserve on Wednesday belonged to Brian Laundrie, his family's lawyer said Thursday.
“Chris and Roberta Laundrie have been informed that the remains found yesterday in the reserve are indeed Brian’s,” Steven Bertolino told NewsNation in a statement. Laundrie was a person of interest in the disappearance of Gabby Petito, 22, who vanished while on a cross-country road trip with Laundrie in a converted camper van.

The question bears asking, if the parents did not know what happened to Gabby why go straight to a lawyer? It is not a natural response for a family to act in this manner unless they knew she was dead…

Do you think him and Gabby got into an argument, she allowed him to leave her in the middle of nowhere and take her vehicle, all of her belongings, use her money and banking information to travel across the country back home, immediately retain a lawyer, refuse to speak to her family, investigators or law enforcement, and then disappear when people start to take notice and question the situation, meanwhile a stranger happened upon Gabby in the wilderness and murdered her for no logical reason? What is the actual likelihood of that? Brian’s actions alone show a guilt of conscience, which is used in jury’s. I think it’s possible he drowned. He may have been wading through that water, which can get very deep, and got entangled in the reeds below and he couldn’t get himself out of it.
The medical examiner has said that there is no cause or manner of death at this time, which supports my claim, along with his own, of course. There were no lungs or anything present to determine if he did drown, and being under that murky, dark water for weeks held under the water by the reeds he got entangled in would also explain why no drone saw him, no cadaver dog smelled him and no buzzards were flying overhead. As his body engorged and subsequently began leaking, that would attract all kinds of marine life, such as fish, turtles and gators. Gators usually like their meat rotting (sorry for the graphic visual effects my statement brings to the mind), so they, if there was more than one, would have feasted on him, because where they were was not normally where their habitats would be, as it dries up in the off rainy season, so they wouldn’t have their nesting shelves in there to store him. Turtles and fish would have then eaten the remaining flesh, organs, et al. That would explain why there are only bones left. If he had shot himself in the head, the medical examiner would have been able to tell that. If he died from blunt force trauma, the medical examiner would have been able to tell that. If he was stabbed, there would be nicks in his bones, which the medical examiner would have been able to tell that. I am not positive about whether or not gator teeth will leave marks on the bones. I would think they would, but we don’t yet know for sure how much of his skeleton has been recovered yet, or if gators were involved at all.
I did not hear anyone make mention of any of his clothing being found. Has anyone ACTUALLY heard, or ACTUALLY read about this from a reliable media or government source?
I just think Brian was too much of a namby-pamby coward to hurt himself in any way. Gabby was not super strong willed, so he knew he could bully her into submission. He’s probably done that with most of the girls he dated, and if they weren’t able to be bullied by him, he probably ran away from them, because as I said…he’s a COWARD!
Everyone has been talking about him being some kind of survivalist. I find that amusing. Gabby bought the van and she paid for everything needed to do all of the remodeling of its interior, and bought everything they needed to make it a mini home. He had no job, no insurance, no savings and was living with mommy and daddy ffs! He was too lazy to be a survivalist as that is hard work! He seemed allergic to work, so he latched on to the prettiest female he could find, blew smoke up her a**, and then watched her go off to work each day to fund their little cross country tour. That’s why he had to use her debit card for gas and food on his way back to mommy and daddy’s house. He had nothing of his own. I don’t even think he gave her an engagement ring. That’s why people like him always look down on successful people like he did at that bar the one night in Wyoming, calling them expletives and complaining about “SOUTHERN REPUBLICANS.” Hilarious, right! Of course he resented any conservatives who wanted smaller government, and were in favor of capitalism. Because those men were capable survivalists and worked to pay their own way, and he was so jealous of what they had and he didn’t have, so he became an angry young social justice warrior who would love to usher in socialism and its constant and subsequent partner, communism, because then he was guaranteed to have things that others had worked for and he didn’t have to! Until, of course, the inevitable horrors of that type of full blown oppressive government occurs, and then it’s just a shrug of his shoulder and a gee how did this happen moment. Apparently, the man who won’t drink water from a bottle wasn’t paying attention in history class and has no idea where or what even Venezuela is.
So, all of these things, including bullying women in restaurants, leads me to truly believe he was too cowardly to kill him
self. I could be 100% wrong, but we will all just have to wait until they get as many of his bones as possible, put him back together, so to speak, and have a forensic anthropologist and forensic dentist really take a good look see. Then we will know more…and that can take weeks.
What angers me most, besides the fact that he is a murdering, narcissistic little evil twerp, is that he won’t have to stand in front of the world, and be held accountable for anything he did. We may never know the real reason why, either. The only two people who truly know are dead.
I’m also a little angered lol at the fact that I’m too old for him to have wanted to date, BUT…I have five gloriously gorgeous daughters and any one of them that he may have decided to date, would have eaten him up and spit him out in seconds. It would have been poetic.
