4. *Cleaning The grains are cleaned to remove any dirt, chaff, or other impurities.
5. *Drying* The grains are dried to reduce the moisture content to a safe level (around 14%) for storage. This can be done naturally by spreading the grains under the sun or using mechanical dryers.
6. *Storing* The dried grains are stored in appropriate conditions to prevent spoilage and pest infestation.
