What's crazy about this? UFC already has very strong ties with Abu Dhabi, which is all oil money, and Saudi Arabia is investing very heavily in event tourism. It seems very good business all round.

Rob wins is my guess. Great take down defense and even if Khamzat gets him down I don't see him keeping Rob there fore the whole fight, and I think Whittaker wins the stand up battle. As is always said, styles make fights and this seems to be a good pairing of styles.
