Thanks for showing this. I'll have to consider it when I do my rockers. Any reason why the 1" hole can't be drilled with a step bit?

No reason... As long as the draw bolt fits. It’s a lot of work but the added strength from the brace is very tangible!

Looks great! How did you make the drains?

Thanks! Formed the drains the same way you did... Cut the back edge hammer in, trim and weld the back up.

What were the measurements for the triangular filler piece. Measuring the one i cut off from my car, I'm getting roughly 3.25" wide iside of the 1" flange at pinch weld, and the lower 3" brace bend (widest part of triangle) just trying to make sure before i start fabbing up my own.

I based mine off the one I cut out too. I’ll take a measurement off the car tomorrow and will let you know.

Depends how you measure - from what face??? I have 2.5 inches of exposed plate at its widest then the approx inch of the outer rocker flange for a total width of about 4 inches of inner rocker inside of the inner quarter. Make sense?

Make that 3-1/2” between inner quarter and inner rocker at the widest
