finally found someone who makes a protein cookie without adding peanut butter! 🙏 ❤️ thank you
I think you might have missed adding the "20g Vanilla Flavored Casein Powder" into the list of ingredients that's in the description?
Indeed I have. Thank you for pointing that out. It is now fixed.
Hands down, one of the best if not best macro friendly cookie recipe out there, the simple and easy ingredients and process is what makes the best in my opinion. Thank you for the recipe.
I made two versions, one with chocolate chip cookies and one without, and they were just as good. Also used chocolate casein since that's what I had
Excellent. I made some variations between your recipe and EfCM to get a great result with less moisture since all the casien blends are different. Where are you from buddy?
I made these with whey and since it doesn't get a thick as casein my work around was just to make one giant thin cookie. Booth the taste and texture was great. Thanks for all the hard work you put into these recipes!
I hope your channel becomes lucrative for you! Thanks for the recipe!
So glad to see you back in the kitchen! I love the simplicity of this recipe, and the cookies look great. I can’t wait to try this!
Thank you! Let me know when you do. Simplicity is bliss.
Can't wait to try these. Good job
Thank you!
Just subscribed to your channel brother. Can't wait for this channel to get to 10K! Keep doing what you do, keep cooking low-calorie recipes. Your recipes very helpful and i believe in you brother👊✌
Thank you, my man! 🙌
Really So healthy recipe😋💪
Will this work will only splenda? Its very fine compared to real sugar and i dont have any brown splenda
Thanks for sharing your experience! I’ll definitely give these a try!
Thank you for watching!
Made these. So easy. The amount of chocolate chips you get for portion size - mmmmmmm. These are really good. I will definitely make these a bunch more. A great craving killer
Thank you for tryong these out! I'm so glad you rnjoyed them 😁. 🤙
Excellent cookies! I modified a tad but it still taste great! The closest to a real cookie recipe for a low cal hi protein ver that i found todate! 👍
Whoa these are actually really good ... best anabolic chocolate chip cookies I've had by far and so stupid simple. It was such a pleasure to finally not have to form each individual cookie into a patty on the sheet like you have to with all the other protein chocolate chip cookie recipes.
Simplicity is bliss 😁. Thank you for your feedback.
I'm definitely gonna have to try these. Good job brother
Thank you. With E4CM's insight into using different protein poweders, its even easier to do now.
Wow! I'll have to give these one a review. Thanks again, Alex!
I'm looking forward to it 😉.
I love the focus on simplicity. for me that's the key to the anabolic diet. I will certainly try these.
When you stay in the kitchen for too long, you get hung up on complicated stuff and sometimes, a break from it all, puts things into perspective.
So refreshing to see you back again man! I tried the original cookies and I cannot even try to think of an excuse to not try these. The simplicity is unreal!
Thanks, my man! Let me know what you think of these!
Very good video and recipe!
Thank you so much!
Seen this video three times since it dropped because I can’t believe the simplicity.... making them this week!!! Stoked!
Simplicity is bliss my man. Cutting needs to be simple. Life is complicated enough 🤙
Always being creative, great to see you and all the commentors from back in the day, love you guys!
Hey Bud! It's good to see you here as well. :)
Im officialy obsessed with finding a GOOD anabolic chocolate chip cookie... Yours are up tonight!! fingers crossed!!!!
I just tried these, they're are absolutely amazing
Thank you for your review! 🙏. I'm happy you like them.
even though i've been bulking heavy, still love to watch the dessert recipes 👍
Thank you! Bulking or not, you can still enjoy some anabolic cookies. 🙂 more volume for you.
What’s the purpose of the apple sauce? Can it be omitted?
Good to see you back 😊.
Thank you Stathis! :)
2:27 that loud-ass bell killed my ears, lmao!
so good to see you back!
Thank you! Now that you mention it...that bell truly is quite loud. lol
I made these, but with whey portein instead of casein and they were still really delicious, a bit flatter but still worth it!
Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you enjoyed the recipe!
Dynamite! This is not to many ingredients Alex. Nice. I'm making now. Ry.
I loving these
That's the way the cookie crumbles 😅
This is great💚💚 It looks so delicious and yummy 💚 I could almost smell it💚Thanks for sharing💚Stay connected💚
Thank you so much!
How do you stop them rising in the oven?
Brother mine came out watery? Is it Bc I have whey isolate? (Update: made it with casein protein and it came out fine) make sure to use casein lol
Can i use pea protein please
Can I substitute the apple sauce?
Exercise4cheatmeals sent me here! You get a like and a new subscriber! Love these!
Thank you and welcome to the club! 😀
I used more apple sauce than butter (30 apple sauce + 10 butter) and they are just perfect . At first I felt a little discomfort from all of the sweeteners but the second time I made them I felt normal. I’ve tried a lot of anabolic recipes from a lot a youtubers and I believe this is the lowestCalorie:bestTasting:BestTexture desert
I used a whey casein blend and adjusted the butter and applesauce according to Excercise4Cheats measurements, but it still came out paper thin and very runny. Do you recommend adjust the egg whites and erythritol as well?
I never hot any good results with any type of whey blend. I highly recommend casein only for this recipe. You can cut back on the egg whites as well until the batter is less runny but I cannot guatantee they will turn out as expected.
Definitely gets rid of cravings. Very sweet for me tho. What could I sub the sweeteners for in the recipe? Not all, maybe half. Great channel btw
I would just use less of it instead of substituting the sweetener. Adding other ingredients will change the consistency.
You could try not changing the amounts but using an unsweetened/unflavoured casein
Just made them! You’ll have to write an apology letter to Pillsbury for putting them out of business!
HaHa :)) Thanks my man. I am so glad you enjoyed them.
Welcome back!
Thank you!
Do you have an end point for weight loss ? Seems a bit worrying you would lose more
Commenting for the algorithm. I wonder if I could sub butter for margarine 🤔
You can, but the result won't be the same. They will most likely not crisp up as much but give it a try and let me know how it goes.
What brand casein did you use?
I always use 'myprotein' for both whey and casein.
Hello new subscriber here, looking forward to making these ! , I'm wondering if using 40g of brown erythritol instead of 20g erythritol + 20g brown erythritol would make a huge difference taste wise
The difference will only be subtle. It won't be a huge difference.
@@TheKeytoFatLoss thanks 😊 I'll try both ways just to make sure .Keep up the good work !
What would be better baking power or soda?
Whatever you have available :) The difference is too small to count but I did experience some bad results with some baking soda brands.
How do these compare with your original complicated ones would you say?
They are a different consistency. The "complicated" ones have more structure and more mass. These have a lighter structure and are a bit more airy and they are not as dense. The taste is also a bit different. They are 2 very different approaches. It's like comparing apples to oranges so I can't say which ones are better.
That long list is so amazing though! :)
Total fair criticism. 69 ingredients is too many 🧐
:) That long list makes quite delicious cookies. But when you are short on time, that's where this recipe comes in. 😉
Making these now! Anabolic chocolate chips cookies are the only thing I haven't tried yet because I'm scared of the taste 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you!
Then this is the recipe for you! You have norhing to be scared about 😉
@@TheKeytoFatLoss they were so good. Hit the spot for sure lol thanks!
@@sarahiotero3634 🙏. I'm so happy you like the recipe. 😁
For sure just made a double batch and ate them all… 10 out of 10.
I'm glad you enjoyed them! Thank you for your feedback!
Alex, you forgot to include the casein protein powder in the ingredient list!
Noted and fixed. Thank you! :)
@@TheKeytoFatLoss I only noticed this because I made a batch immediately after watching the video. The simplicity and low calorie count made this a no brainer to try. I was thrilled with the texture and taste, so thanks for these.
@@jonathandunn7870 I'm glad you like them. 😉
Just made these yesterday, theyre delicious. I added them to my protein icecream👍
Awesome! That is a great combo! 😉
Just made this, they Fucking slapped. Used Optimum nutrition chocolate casein, and splenda brown sugar. But other than that I stayed true to the recipe. They reminded me of subway cookies. Might try chilling the dough the next time they spread out a lot in the oven.
Is the recipe going to work if I use isolate or whey protein powder?
It will sort of work but whey does not crysp up. You will get "bready" cookies.
De unde ai luat acel zahar brun low?
De pe net...este pe emag. Sukrin se numeste 😉
How would this be made in an air fryer?
I don't see a reason why it won't work. I have seen people make cookies in the air fryier in the past so...give it a shot. 🙂
Hands down my favourite choc chip protein cookies I've made so far 👐👏 curious what changes you would make if making it a chocolate choc chip protein cookie? 😊
Wellif you want chocolate chocolate chip cookies, the the obvious change would be chocolate casein. I would also add some cocoa powder and also cut back on the vanilla extract and replace it wirh coffee extract.
@@TheKeytoFatLoss cool thanks! I wonder if more egg white would also be needed seeing as chocolate stuff are usually a Lil dryer I think
would you still be able to make these in an air fryer
I don't see a reason why it shouldn't work but check the temp and baking time though because it most certainly will be different than oven-baked.
@@TheKeytoFatLoss thank you so much ! love the videos
Geez thx that U're the sweet tooth 😅 cos that's exactly how I am 😜
There are many of us out there that share the same "problem". Lucky for us, there is a solution :)
Does no one else hear the Count from Sesame Street saying "20 grams, ah ah ah ah" every time he names an ingredient? Lol, loving this whole video though and can't wait to make these anti-fatass cookies 😋
how much fiber are in these cookies? calories don't add up
Adds up fine to me. Please elaborate.
@@TheKeytoFatLoss
19.5g of protein = 78kcals
15.5g of fat = 139kcal
16g carbs = 64 kcals
78+139+64= 281 total calories.
somehow you get 230? this is why i was asking how much fiber there was, but the numbers don't add up.
@@SkyZer0 Indeed there is a mistake. The calorie app I was using had some wrong entries. I had to check each ingredient and it seems the chocolate chips were added wrong. The correct calories and macros are 255.2 cal, 18.5g protein, 14.9g fat, 14.1g carbs, and 3.5g fiber. Never trust calorie apps!
Wow! New sub here! I recently made Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars on my page too and *your dish looks amazing!* Hope to stay connected! 😀
Welcome, brother. Thank you! I'll definitely check out your recipes 😉
wouldnt baking soda be better? not powder? soda is what makes them spread
I found very little difference between the 2 and baking powder is more available everywhere. It was the obvious choice.
@@TheKeytoFatLoss Okay thanks
Made this 3 times now… each time my dough is way wetter than yours
20g everything 😂
As simple as that! 😉
Whoever said they used whey protein in the comments was confused ..I used whey and the cookie dough was Wattery and runny once I mixed all the ingredients together
Indeed. Whey does not absorb as much moisture and does not bake the same aa casein.
@@TheKeytoFatLoss so should I add more whey?
@@josephmejia2898 you need casein. Whey does not work properly for cookies.
@@TheKeytoFatLoss ya but someone in the comments stated they used whey and they came out delicious and you liked the comment so I'm just wondering how did whey make them come out good
@@josephmejia2898 did you ever find out? I just used a whey-casein blend (PEScience) and it was super watery as well lmao
And he didn't use a whisk this time!
😁 I manged not to screw it up this time. But there's always next time 😉
Finally a video not on pizza or people fighting over a dead person acting like anabolic avengers isss cookie timeee
I'm not much for drama because we have enough drama in our lives. Let there be cookies for everyone 😁
