From the liner notes of the Album:
This version of "play" was born at a back porch jam session during a cast getaway to Lake St. Catherine, VT in the summer of 2014. Rory started to play an acoustic banjo cut of "Play" that he toying with for his kids. Mary Page jumped in to lean her voice up against his, and soon everyone else was harmonizing along.

Fantastic!
I love this song! are the lyrics somewhere? I can't find them anywhere.
Neither can I. I can work the majority out as they are just reconstructed from the original. It's just the Hey Ho... bit I can't get my head round!
+DestiniesIntertwine It's "Hey ho here we go, down to the bottom of a bottle we go. Hey ho hey you gotta down it." It's taken from an older version of the song.
Ah cool, I was almost spot on then, Thanks :)
Anyone has the ukulele chords of this song?
If you ever find then, will you show me how to find them! I want to play this on the uke so bad!!
Any way to find the banjo tabs?
I want to get the uke tabs!!
