  • If you have vestibular migraine, you've probably been told to take a few supplements, this is normal, and there's good research to support quite a few of them!
Here are a few supplements that can be incredibly helpful. Of course we will cover Magnesium and Riboflavin, but let's go deeper into what works on a deeper brain health and brain energy level, too!

I have a couple of comments with regard to your video recommendations, though I think that is a very good list and I hadn't thought of a couple like melatonin, ginger or turmeric. They potentially make sense.
CoQ10 - two types, ubiquinol and ubiquinone. Ubiquinol if you are a man over the age of 50 to increase absorbency. However, others may consider it [though it certainly is more expensive] and for the same reasons
Vitamin K2 - as a cofactor for Vitamin D3. While the cofactor benefit is primarily related to calcium delivery, it seems silly to take the D3 without getting the maximum benefit from it.
Omega 3 - get a great brand and look at expiration dates. They do go rancid rather quickly and lose their benefits. While there are other supplements that go bad as well, Omega 3 that sit on a shelf are more disposed to turning from a positive into a negative.
I would also seriously take a look at any metabolic disorders, including but not limited to insulin resistance, diabetes, etc. and I strongly suggest elimination of seed oils of any kind as they produce adipose tissues that are more insulin resistant, can trigger auto-immune type responses, and are harder to break down through gluconeogenesis, thereby releasing additional and unhealthy stress hormones. Yes, it's a vicious cycle.

My doctor just put me on Magnesium 250 MG twice a day and next week starting 400-500 MG twice a day. Does this sound like a normal dose. I have Ocular migraines with dizziness, and she said this is a preventive for that.
