a draft closed the door on me while i was installing... luckily i was most of the way done (had connected the wires inside, just hadnt screwed anything together) and was able to unlock it with the app.

Can I unlock the door from my job for my kids if they need to enter my bedroom by any chance?
What about if I am inside and it auto lock , how can I open it from inside.
It should have some way to unlock it from the inside or how smart is that? My worry is should you fill up all 20 options for fingerprints before someone you don’t trust hacks into your bluetooth / wifi and puts theirs in?
Anyway to turn off the auto lock feature permanently??
just got one of these and it keeps beeping and flashing green every minute or so when the doors shut. not only that but I can't get my phone to connect via bluetooth after initial setup. Any idea as to how I can fix that?
throw this in the trash and buy a better lock...

Why not on an exterior front door? This is the 2nd review in a row where they said they aren't going to install it on their front door. Does it lock itself every time it's closed?
Because anyone can google the lock, download the app, and PAIR AND ADD THEIR FINGERPRINT OR CONTROL IT without any form of authentication. As you saw him ADD the device, anyone can simply do the same with acess only ot the OUTSIDE knob. Good enough to keep a toddler out of a room, but a preteen could figure this out in a heartbeat.

How about if you want to open it from inside? You need to use the app or just walking by it will be unlocked?
You will need to set it up on settings. But yes everything time it detects your phone it will unlock.
From the inside like exiting the room will be unlocked on your side once you walk out the room and close the door it auto locks

I just got mine I set everything up now I can't connect to the Bluetooth
So if its locked the battery side should just unlock just by twisting the knob so nobody can get stuck in a room
