Whole Orange Cake [Viral Video] Using a Box Mix

Whole Orange Cake using a Betty Crocker pound cake mix!
Ingredients:
1 box Betty Crocker Pound Cake mix
1 whole orange, (about the size of a tennis ball and with thin skin)
1/4 c butter, softened
1/3 c milk
2 eggs
Icing:
1/2 c powdered sugar
2 tbs milk
Orange slices for decoration (optional)
Directions:
1. Cut the orange into quarters and remove any seeds.
2. Add orange, butter, milk and eggs to a blender. Blend for 20 seconds or until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
3. Add pound cake mix to a large mixing bowl and add the mixture from the blender.
4. With a hand mixer, mix on low speed for 30 seconds and then on medium speed for 2 minutes.
5. Add batter to a greased 8.5”x4.5” loaf pan and smooth out.
6. Bake at 350* degrees for 45-55 minutes or until your cake tester comes out clean. Let rest for 15 minutes before turning it out. Let cool completely.
7. In a small mixing bowl combine powdered sugar and milk, mix until desired consistency is achieved.
8. Pour over the cake and let dry for 5 minutes. Decorate with orange slices.
