THANK YOU! I have had a flat asian rear end my whole life. I was told running would help. That was a lie. I believe in you two professionals. I love that you talk about imagery - I just took a class on brain hacks and there are studies showing detailed mental imagery can build muscles almost as much as actual exercise. So combining the two should be amazing! Again, thank you!
It was SPRINTING that would've helped. Distance running is exactly wht you Dont want. Jumping is great as well.

its not possible without hyperplasia its nothing to do with strenght

Work that bootie, Bob! Bridge is my favorite glute exercise and there are so many modifications and progressions that my clients love seeing their improvements and results. Keep up the good vids, Boys!

I use a leg / hamstring extension machine ( Body Solid brand ). Slow, slow reps. Great burns.

Love these exercises, my knees kill(almost 80) have horrible pain in S I joint. Any suggestions? Of course Dr says it’s arthritis, but I do know and have studied S I joint.

Great exercises! I just returned to gardening after a long winter and painful back of thighs. Actually shoulder to knees (age64) with pinched nerve on my spine. Any relief suggestions?
Hi Bob and Brad, I have watched several of your videos. I'm trying to get my glutes stronger however evertime I try to do a bridge enven slight bridge a few days later, I'm in back pain agony. Is there something I can do to work up to the bridge pose. I'm so nervous to try this again because I end up not harding walking for a few days

I put it on (just above the knees) and walk around the house for an hour or two, doing other things. While trying to remember to push outward with your legs and work the glute medius.

Hamstrings don't attach to the glutes. That's just glute max. Main function is hip extension, i.e., moving the legs away from the torso, like the glute thrust.
Hi, i am wondering if you had a moment to provide some advice?. I was actually recommended to you by my doctor :) I went for a 10k not too long ago, and since then, whenever i do cardio, my ankles hurt, aswell as pain by the head of my fibula near my knee, that only really happens if i do the pigeon stretch or any stretch which requires i rotate my leg inward. i was intially given naproxyn which i took for about two weeks (1000mg a day for a possible trapped peroneal nerve) and it didnt change anything. Wondering if you had an advice? anything information would be greatly appreciated :)
Can i have gluteal tendinopathy with correct ultrasound and MRI results? I have bursa fibrosis in my hip and i don't know if that may cause my hip pain

Hi I have 5 disc desiccation variable height loss and multilevel schmorl' nodes, L5s height loss with the left foraminal disc protrusion resulting in moderate left neuroforaminal narrowing, as well as abutment of the traversing left side nerves root, bilateral facet arthritis, please help me, my back is hurting me alot, I can't even walk for more than 20 minutes without extreme pinched pain.

Good heavens! With my hip arthritis/bursitis there is no way I can handle these exercises as demonstrated. I would be in excruciating pain if I was even capable of doing these. At age 67, I am in physical therapy for the past month and it’s helping but it’s slow as you go.
Why 10 reps? Everyone uses that as a standard number. Is there a reason why?
I think the reason behind tgis as to gradually increase the intenisty of the exercise and according to who is performing those exercies as least number you can do is 10
If you are not an athelete you can't perform 20 reps from the begining it looks like a ladder that has steps so you go first with 10 then 2 sets of 10 and so on
