Upgrading The £60 Slim iMac | Its As Good As New! Part 2

This is the £60 Slim iMac that i picked up the other week.... It's not quite 'triggers broom' but I have replace the old HDD with an SSD, I upgraded the 8GB of Ram to 16GB, and replace the manky old damaged stand... I've also fully updated to MacOS Catalina.
The trouble is that it Catalina won't allow you to run the latest software. My next plan is to update it to Monterey, or possibly Ventura to see what happens...

I’m loving these videos! I’ve recently had access to a 2015 Mac which I can’t boot unfortunately, but it has got me down a CZcams rabbit hole looking at ideas like this and I’m glad it has!
Do you mind me asking what you intend to use this Mac (and the other one) for? The busted one I’m working on will be surplus to needs but I still want to get it working, just wondering if you’re similar or if you’ll pass this on to a family member/similar?
