Thanks for the kind words. You are asking a great question, so here is my honest answer. The home prices change every quarter and each model home has a ton of upgrades in it. When I make my videos, I shoot the video and rarely revisit the video. I would need to update the prices as they change. So, I just don't include the price.
When people don't see the price, they usually ask and I respond to all my comments. I hope that helps explain why I don't put in prices. I will try to come up with a way to include them for future videos though. If you have an idea please share it with me.
