Drees Homes are impeccable and l met the builders supervisor in person. Very nice gentlemen and he was acting like the realtor. And the house was to be finished in January 2022. I guess now is the time to get a house. Hallelujah

My Esthetician lives on 10 acres in Liberty Hill. A few months ago, she said the land was valued at $1M. I bet itâs more now.

That atrium-ish area being uncovered is surprising. It does merge all the spaces, but it breaks them up not really giving you a grand room in such a lavish estate for the $$$$ if the weather doesn't cooperate. Great feature, per usual.
It's a great point. I believe they do the atrium to allow for the 2nd floor balcony since running a roof line over that patio and then over the balcony would not work flat or would be very expensive starting so high to make it work. Still, enjoying your patio when the weather does not cooperate would be a great feature. Appreciate the feedback!
Like the home, but please lower the resolution to bump up the FPS. The screen is very jarring as you move around. 720p at 60 fps is better than 4k at 12 fps.

The TV is way too high when you lay on the couch, because of this oversized fire place. And I am not a big fan of closets AFTER the bathroom. The rest is absolutely great
Funny you mentioned the TV too high. I just had to push a builder to lower a fireplace at frame stage because we didnât expect it to be so high. The TV would have been 7 feet up on the wall! It would have been like watching a movie from the first row of the theater.

Agreed! Most model homes do not have pools for the security reason of many people walking through. But in this community, you have so much backyard space for a pool. Be careful with some lots though because they might have restrictions depending on whatâs in the ground in the lot.

The lighting in that laundry room is a major fail for a home of this caliber. It looks cheap. Should have been recessed lightingâŠ.in my opinion.

Drees wonât actually use recessed lighting by default. New builds of this plan will use two disc lights, which kind of look like recessed lights but better imo.
