The best chakra alignment I ever have! the mantras for each chakra are so simple and sharp - and it works for me. I was able to physically feel in my body what chakras fully and openly respond to mantras, while others feel closed. I don't use my sound with the exhales. Than I have to bring tension into my vocal cords. I just relax my throat completely and just exhale. Feels more like I let it go and flow. Normally I also make no noises. It cost me a lot of energy as a quiet, listening being.

Bob Ross! 🤣 Does that make you T-Bob (Travis-Bob)? I'm only kidding! I will say I have never really liked guided meditations because of the person's voice. They always seemed, felt, a bit "off" to me. I'm not sure how to really explain what I mean. I don't get that same feeling from this, and it is the first guided meditation of yours I have ever listened to. I did hear the word Om and see a starfield (please don't ask me to explain that; it's happened before when listening to the sound the universe makes when all frequencies are played simultaneously, it sounds like a choir) with my eyes closed after a few minutes for the rest of the video. Love it Travis! Thanks so much for sharing this with us. Personally, it's just what I've been needing lately. ❤️ Good night all...

Not Bob Ross vibes. Bob Ross had a way of being personal, charismatic, a little silly and friendly. He used lots of creative language. Yoga with Adriene is a great example of Bob Ross vibes. This is very neutral and peaceful. Not emotive, but it doesn't need to be. It's great for what it is, but definitely not Bob Ross vibes at all.

This is nonsense I'd rather focus and meditate on Jesus Christ. Don't let this sort drive u away from the One who loves u and died for u. Jesus Christ is your promise of salvation and true peace
To each their own. I respect your opinion. But, for me this helps me relax so I can clear my mind and heart and focus on Gods love and get closer to Jesus. I think you can definitely include both in your life. The world is so crazy, it is nice to slow down and focus on God’s love. This is one great way to do that. They say when you pray you talk to God, when you meditate you listen. I do both. God bless.
