+Tranzilla345 it's not that far fetched. He's currently 5th all time in points per game in a tougher era to score in and is usually not with amazing linemates and is also on a stacked team with players on the other lines eating his ice time away.
Right now the oldest Top player is Jaromir Jagr, who doesn't like being beaten. He's like, 44-46 years old and he said in an interview that he'll retire at age 50. He's no Crosby but he's still good; he should be what older players stand for.

+CZcams Sucks he did carry them especially since Malkin was out Sidney Crosby turned up his game in the second half of the season and his play was the main reason Pittsburgh got hot in the second half of the season.

yep, he's delivered on, if you recall, almost unreasonable expectations coming out of Junior Hockey.
No prospect has had the expectations he had and went on to fulfil all them and quit fast. He was a HOFer after 10 seasons.
I know Crosby is the better player, but Jonathan Toews' resume really does look like Crosby's.

I hope you all relize that the biggest reason why Sydney isn't as high ranked, is because of his unselfishness. He could easily get 50 goals a year most likely, but he's too busy helping his team mates. He is extremely nice, and thinks, and he also has AMAZING Skills! We need more hockey people like him, but that's just my opinion :)))

Amazing video man, love the inclusion of all the idiot analysts and fans saying he's past his prime and can't do it anymore. Watching every pens game this year was a roller coaster but it was all amazing once everyone bought in to the Sullivan game plan. He made Sid and everyone else on the team so much better. I'm hoping they can bring home the cup this year cause they really deserve it after this insane year. BTW the pens won 15 of 16 going into the last game of the year. Hottest team in hockey by far. I remember watching ESPN and I remember that segment. "What's wrong with Sidney Crosby?" A coach that couldn't get the most out of his players is what happened. Crosby is still the best player in the NHL and he's become a more disciplined and much smarter player. This video was awesome by the way, it sent chills down my spine.

The greatest HOCKEY PLAYER ever. Name one thing that crosby isn't elite at... greatest player ever. Does literally everything at an elite level without sacrificing offense or defense. I've watched super Mario and Gretzky, and without a doubt in my mind he is the best player of the three. In addition, he has played his entire career in the salary cap era where he can't have a perennial all star on each line.
