  • PLEASE READ FOR ADJUSTMENT CORRECTION:
REAR ADJUSTMENT WAS EXPLAINED WRONG IN THE VIDEO.
The rear shocks should be adjusted for bump stop so that you don't bottom your chassis onto the spring perch/upper arm. The springs are what adjust the ride height, if the car isn't low enough, remove the adjustable collars and run just the bare spring.
In this video, I install some E-factory coilovers in my BMW E36 drift car.

You are adjusting the ride height wrong. You do it with the spring and set your preload on the spring with the strut. Your rear will have much more travel and more grip if you do it that way.

I have been trying to find a video and or someone who knows how to install a coil over. So with that said how do you do it with the spring. @ Kenny_Stuntz and @Shayne Andrews?

Hey Shayne! I just got my first drift car (04 325i). Thanks for showcasing the efactory parts! I can't stand having to order parts from the USA so often, especially performance parts.

Hey man, can you please give me the info on where to get those side skirts for my sedan!? Please!! Thank you

You can’t buy them anywhere but the good news is they are cheap to make. They are just roofing flashing with two bends. Any sheet metal or roofing company can make them for you and then just paint them to match your car 👍🏼

Great video! I had borbet type as on my E36 a while ago, though they were 16s from the 90s.

Thank you! Type A are my favourite wheels and I’m sad I hit one of mine but it could be worse. I had some 16s on my mk2 Jetta a few years ago too. Where you from John? I’ll get you entered in the efactory decal giveaway!
