Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Good challenge. Food didn’t seem to bad. Quite a combo of flavors. Glad there was not too much bread in this challenge. Enjoyed it and glad Mrs.Beard home safely.💗

If you like cottage cheese and fruit, try some grapes with it. I spent 2 weeks in hospital (through Christmas 2021) and stumbled on adding that to every meal I ordered. It kept me happy and sane. I've been home for a month and a half and still have grapes cottage cheese 3 days a week. YUM!

Greek yogurt goes with anything usually. Sweet or savory. Mix with cucumbers and pepper, mix it with Persian rice, tastes amazing. Mix it with hot sauce, you have a great dipping sauce.

Hahaha poor beard... ate so much and then had to pick up glass pieces off the floor 😂👌 we love a good blooper though 🙌♥️ also in Greece we consider yogurt to be neutral, kind of like a base, and depending on what you add to it it's either a desert or something savory (sauces, meals etc).

If you take the salmon skin off the fillet when it's dry. And pat it dry with paper towel. Then bake it at a low to medium temp until it puffs up. Tastes pretty good. Or thing cut into strips and deep dried mmmm. Nice work on this one love your work

The way you ate that Greek yogurt with jalapeño and fish cake made me so sad 😂 that dish looked DELICIOUS (if eaten right) hahah Greek yogurt is often used as a sour cream or creme replacement because it is higher in protein. I prefer it, honestly. If u had spread the Greek yogurt over the fish cake and added the peppers on top? I bet it would have been DELICIOUS.

Nice video mate! I love the daily diet challenges so much! Please do either Jay cutler in his prime off season or a German iffb pro Roman Fritz! He has a really quick metabolism and has a lot of meals!! Would be a great video

In North America the call it greek rice, but it’s just rice to me lol 😂
Skewered meats are for cooking them over a flame which gives a very different flavor than otherwise sautéing them in a pan, plus you often get to have roasted veggies in between...yum yum. I don't like the Chinese version of jerky chicken on a stick..kinda strange.

My wife grew up in her family’s restaurant here in Germantown so her skills in the kitchen are top notch! She says I would love to cook him an insane meal for one of his videos!
