Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Totally agree with sweet potato. My fav thing to do is to bake a big old bad boy up, cut it in half, scoop out the innards and mix the innards with spag bol and put it all back in the skin shells. Replaces the pasta in a tasty way.

When this is the diet challenge, how would look the cheat day challenge? Really dig your videos, always fun to watch them, keep it up beard🤘🏻
They look like very healthy meals. Your going to have to start a cooking channel
For the most part they are. But there a total of 7 meals per day. Which is completely unnecessary and would be a nightmare regiment to schedule each day. There is no evidence whatsoever that eating more meals in a day has any health benefits. Unless maybe you are hypoglycemic or something. But I'm diabetic, and it's actually better for me to wait about four hours between meals to allow my blood sugar to go down before eating again. So, while the foods in his diet would probably be pretty good for me, grazing throughout the day wouldn't be such a good idea. And the total calories of all of that might be a bit high for me as well. A little math would be required to determine that for certain. But dividing it into three or four meals would be more sensible. And as funny as it may sound, that diet might even be too low in carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are important, even for a diabetic. We just need to keep our intake at one sitting within certain reasonable limits. But add a little more fruit to that diet, adjust the amounts to your caloric requirements, work on the meal schedule, and it might be pretty solid.

I fully understand that this is Mark Wahlberg's daily diet. It's clearly stated that is the case. And Mark Wahlberg does presumably eat this way each day. Beard has the meal plan spelled out pretty clearly. It's divided into seven meals eaten throughout the day. The OP thought the food looked nutritious. So, knowing something about nutrition, I commented on the strengths and weaknesses of this diet. With some reasonable adjustments, it's really not the worst diet. One the biggest problems being that Mark Wahlberg likely burns more calories than the average person. He works out and is a very active person. But after making those adjustments, a person could eat a modified version of this diet each day. I would just reduce the number of meals to three or four, maybe increase the carbohydrates a bit, and add some dairy for some calcium and vitamin D. Assuming a person isn't lactose intolerant. Then maybe some dairy alternative or nutritional supplement. Soy milk. That kind of thing. Maybe in place of the protein shakes. They have a lot of calories, and there is plenty of other protein in this diet.

I'm on a diet at the mo (nothing restrictive, just low calorie and plenty and water and exercise) and I love torturing myself with these. My Mrs doesn't get it but I enjoy seeing others indulging even when I can't! Lost 3st so far (I was 2lbs off 20st before Christmas) and feeling really good and if I can't binge then the least I can do is enjoy someone else doing so! Especially Beard! As I have previously stated - the thinking man's competitive eater
