Designs for the Queen statue for York Minster unveiled

A new statue of Queen Elizabeth II will adorn York Minster's west front to mark Her Majesty's platinum jubilee. And now the designs have been revealed.

Beautiful, went in November 2022 and was amazed by this. Also inside the minster you can see the the hard work and skill its has taken to make with a walk around presentation of the statue

I think it would look better without the Iris and Pupil. Don't know what it is but statues with Iris and Pupil just look freaky.
