  • This quick (20 minute) routine is restorative and relaxing; perfect for those times when you've overindulged and your belly is past the point of full... It's stuffed! Also great for menstrual cramp relief, PMS, and pregnancy. Safe for all levels.
    As always, follow my cues for breathing and technique and STOP if anything is painful or uncomfortable.

    Thank you very much.
    I have an important exam tomorrow
    And I wanted to sit down and re-read my notes. Apparently it is harder for me to focus when my belly is full AND with stress.
    This really helped me lighten up. Thank you again.

    I bloat . . . a LOT . . . not from overeating, but from poor digestion in general. I have used this routine a few times now in the evening and each time I feel much better and even sleep better too.

    I'm so glad I've found you! I have pudendal neuralgia, piriformis syndrome and a minor rectocele. Been seeing a womens health physio here in England and she has been helpful, but I've been discharged and am still in SO much pain. All I am offered is Gabapentin, which I dont want to take. I knew there must be a way to actually change my lifestyle, and really be pro-active in helping myself recover. I have started doing your exercises, and am working my way through all your videos. Now I feel there may be some hope of recovery, thank you!

    I may have asked this before. It’s been awhile since I’ve done this video. Is this safe for prolapse? I felt fine doing it. I did modify the sitting on feet and rocking back move but mostly because of nerve pain in my feet. Ugh

    • @vibrantpelvichealth
      @vibrantpelvichealth  Před 4 měsíci +1

      This workout is **pelvic floor aware** meaning that specific cues are given for breathing and technique. This keeps the workout "pelvic floor friendly" for people with all sorts of pelvic floor issues, including prolapse. That being said, I can't guarantee that it will be appropriate for your needs. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and will tolerate exercises differently. Listen to your body and stop or modify if anything feels uncomfortable for your particular core/pelvic floor needs. Talk to your local pelvic floor physical therapist for individualized medical advice!
