Most callers are pretty much weather proof, however; I always enclose mine in one of those thin clear bags from the produce department then. enclose that inside a camo nylon stuff sack which I usually hang above ground. I use a F0XPRO caller. The bag helps protect the caller and th sack allows me to shake off the accumulated weather when I get back to the truck, so the caller is dry when I put it in its carrying case.
