Just got this in my recommended videos. Damn algorithm, you've done a fantastic job bringing me here. Absolutely loving what I'm hearing and so glad that I got brought this way. Killer work. You all should be proud of this album, it's fantastic. I love how you've so much contrast in sections in songs and the phrasing is sublime, especially how you blend things and make them compliment and lead so well into each other. Absolutely nothing falls out of place, everything has a purpose and everything links up so well. You all are masters of that. All killer and no filler.

The algorithm brought me here after listening to Native Construct's Quiet World album for the thousandth time. I was pleasantly surprised and have been replaying the whole thing nonstop all week.
Quiet World is such an amazing work! It's such a shame that the band broke up so early, but at least they gifted us a masterpiece!

I really like the song compositions. Something is constantly changing, it doesn’t let you get bored. and the last song lasts 20 minutes, but is just as cool and intense, very good !

@@almo-music I found this from where you posted it in the prog snobs Facebook page and I have to say that I like what you've done here even more than I like some of the bands you mentioned as influences. Probably because I can feel all of those influences at different points in the record. You really took this so many different places, everything stays exciting and fresh but I think you also hold onto each part long enough to really soak them in. I think some prog artist can speed through so many different parts so quickly that you don't get time to appreciate them all.

There's some WILD variety of inspirations on display here. Sounds like you've got a lot of power or speed metal in there somewhere but in this way that's really buried, reminds me of really early Leprous a little bit, but only a little. But that's just the most recurring distinctive element I hear in it. I see tons of people mentioning Haken but, idk, maybe I haven't listened to enough of them (I'm kinda mid on them compared to most prog metal people lol) but this doesn't feel like you're chasing any one thing to me at all. You've clearly got tons of experience and skill, but it also feels like you just kinda blended a lot of it in a bucket then threw it at a wall. It's way fun for that! I wonder if it might be a little TOO eclectic but I've also been awake for like 20 hours crunching a deadline so I don't trust myself lmao, I'm defs gonna give this another listen sometime. Great work either way!
I've been a huge power metal (and melodeath) fan since long before I got into prog so yeah you're definitely not wrong there haha. Earlier Edguy/Avantasia is still one of my favorite things and was a huge gateway for me to really long songs and incorporating orchestral stuff in metal. Thank you!!
@@almo-music I hear you, I found The Bard's Song by Blind Guardian when I was like 12 and it absolutely set me on a path for life lmao. Seriously though congrats on the enormous achievement of releasing a mostly-solo album, it's actually kind of crazy to be able to do all the work required for that yourself.
