Please for a private reason,my father's name and details is on my birth cert but he didn't marry my mom so on my passport and national ID, i have my step dad's name and details on them. That's my only problem. Aside that, i have all the documents needed. Please will i be considered to be given a visa or i would be refused a visa?
I have a much similar case to yours. I changed my surname from my step father’s name to my biological father’s name. But I have applied for the legal document called “deed poll” locally called affidavit of name change. You must Apply for it and take it to your interview

No it won't so long as you have the documents proving that.

It is alright. You are not alone. Apply using the exact name you have. Even if a single name. Number of names you have doesn't matter

No. Add your baby Eve without the passport. Use your ID number in the place of passport number. Then submit it. Then process the passport.
