Thank you Ma'am... a situation where i have an affidavit and have done a gazette for my passport, birth cert and gh card having the name Ahove Bismark, and BECE & WASSCE bearing Ahove Bismark Yaw. won't it be enough? the lawyer says i cannot have both names even after i've gazzeted so I'll need to now change the gh card, birth cert and passport to bearing the AHOVE BISMARK YAW. pls that so ?
You can only use the name on your Gazette document, and any time you use your BECE certificate, you need to print a copy of your name change you've Gazette in addition to anything you have for clarity
Please visit the birth and death registrar for change of date of birth and if the wrong birth is affecting most of legal document you have to do an Affridavit and Gazette.
