I work at Olive Garden and the lasagna is made individually. They bake it for a hour before it’s served. The fettuccine Alfredo sauce is made in house. It’s just butter buttermilk lots of Parmesan and garlic salt pepper. The lasagna pasta comes pre frozen with the cheese inside and the cooks arrange it and bake it. Olive Garden is not bad I just wish we used more seasonings and used less salt.
When you get the stuffed mushrooms in restaurant, they're sitting in a dish in like a pool of butter and garlic 😂 not healthy, but definitely delicious
I work at Olive Garden they premake the lasagna in the kitchen then they cook it later, that’s also where they do the mushrooms, soups, and any appetizers. They make everything in the back kitchen then the middle kitchen is where they cook it
