As a Greek (chef) i have to say that this is NOT authentic Greek food. Curry rice is not Greek,we dont use lettuce in our Greek salad and there is no such thing as Greek French fries lol.

Greek here...We don't eat lamb souvlakia (those things on sticks) and we DEFINITELY don't season our rice with curry...so I would rethink the "authentic" part

@@shennawilkinson7716 no way. In Greek salad you can choose to put feta in it, or olive oils or kapari . Greeks never use letuce in Greek traditional salad in every region or the country. If we use letuce it will be only for chef salad which is not the Greek traditional salad.

I think you need to eat at a different Greek restaurant. Some of the expensive ingredients are missing. Like: feta cheese, olives, and artichokes.

Spanakopita pronounced span-uh-KO-pita phyllo spinach (traditionally) feta, onions,chopped spinach, egg and seasoning. I make these for my dad all the time.

It's not the same, juicy fruit comes from the jack fruit. Root beer is made with sarsaparilla but can be made with molasses and or licorice root.

Anise, liquorice root, and sassafras are the strongest ingredients in Root Beer. I live by a place that sells Sassafras beer, which is the original "root beer"

Im Turkish and kebab (doner kebab) originates from Turkey. This food may be greek however is relatively similar to my countries food, like doner kebab. I think you should try Turkish food if you really want great food.
I love how talented quang is at cooking food etc but I love even more how terrible he is at pronouncing certain words and vocabulary in general.
