EGG TART RECIPE | QUICK AND EASY EGG TART | Pinoy juicy bites

Quick and easy EGG TART recipe. Lightly sweet with a buttery and flaky crust. Simple but flavorful, Perfect paired with a cup of tea or a glass of milk. Enjoy this delicious treats.
Ingredients:
For Tart Crust:
- Cake flour 100g
- Salt 1g
- Softened butter 40g
- Sugar 20g
- 1 Egg yolk (medium size) (20g)
For the filling:
- 2 egg yolks (medium size)
- Sugar 45g
- Milk 50g
- Vanilla extract 5g
- Fresh cream 160g
- Cornstarch 15g
*Bake in preheated oven at 170⁰C for 55 minutes.
~ For the pie crust dough, use cake flour for that light and crunchy texture. All purpose flour works too but it'll produce a slightly denser texture.
