Great tips. I would like to add one more. Manage your expectations and accept mistakes. Mistakes are how you learn. I used to get really frustrated all the time. If one thing doesn’t go well, I would lose focus on the rest of the appointment. Best way for me to keep myself focused is to reflect. Reflection on good and bad things, how u plan to maintain good things and minimise bad things. For example, I placed my matrix band wrong a couple days ago and instead of doubting myself, I took it as an opportunity to learn, moved on with my composite, and my tutor said it was textbook! Never get frustrated. We’re still learning. Just let your patient know that and they’ll understand.
