This video shows what a family claims is a Delta Airlines employee smacking a phone out of Matthew Boggan's hands. The teenager was with other relatives waiting to leave LaGuardia Airport. Now they've filed a lawsuit against Delta after the company allegedly told them, 'Matthew was blocking crucial communications.' A representative for Delta declined to comment on the allegations. One time I was at the airport in Amsterdam and at that airport they usually have somebody playing piano, so I was filming that, but I was sitting kinda behind a stewardess and she thought I was filming her. She got all mad and said that I had to stop filming her, but I kept saying that I wasn’t even filming her, she wasn’t even in the video. She didn’t believe me, so she ripped my phone out of my hands to see what I had filmed, but her nails were long, so she accidentally scratched me, which made it bleed. After she took my phone, I asked her to give it back and when she did she kinda threw it to me, but like in a weird way so I couldn’t catch it, so the screen of my phone cracked
