- Time to begin metal working! A while back Melly and I purchased TC Bros vintage-style steel fenders for Barney. However they are not the right radius as it's almost impossible to find custom fenders that will just "work" with a Rebel 250. So I used various tools and methods to re-radius the TC Bros fender so that it will perfectly match the wheel & tire combination on Barney's custom makeover.

Hola Mike!
Get Melly's bike ready and rolling!❤
Nice work. Only difference between the average guy and the professional most of the time is the professional will do a job in an hour that the average guy does in ten hours. I would spend a few dollars at Lowe's or Amazon and get a carbide tip scribe. Worth the $8-$10 just for the extra length. Looking forward to more on this bike. Can't believe I want to see a Rebel build, but the stuff you are doing applies to any bike build. Plus what else am I going to do this winter.
LMAO.... I can't believe I want to see a Rebel build either! HAHAHA....
