I think thats one of those blind spot mirrors for driving, they sell them online. Adam Jones has one on his signature les paul, gives the guitar a unique look

if you have an epiphone there is no mirror that will fit :/ the gibson headstock is pretty wide so any small mirror from autonoze or oreilly's will fit :)
