Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!!!
As promised i'm going to start doing a few cooking vlogs, simple easy dishes to more advanced dishes but cooked simply in minimal kit with minimal fuss and of course mess as we are in a Motorhome... I hope you like it and it inspires you to try different meals when your away.

I was late to the air fryer game. Liked it so much I picked up a 2nd bigger one. Haven't used the main oven in 18 months now. Find them quicker and cheaper to run.
