If you do something like this again, maybe try bringing an extra different type of mag loaded with AP ammo. That way once you black their leg, you can switch to the lower flesh damage round to continue to shoot them without accidently killing them from too much flesh damage or too many heavy bleeds.

@@justsomeplantcells- Yeah looking at tarkov ballistics, it looks like that has the lowest flesh damage besides 4.6AP 35 but the high flesh round does 65 so its no good.

@@negative6442 no it's not, quite a bit of real war combat is exactly this sort of situation, quite deliberately as bait. Infact if you killed a soldier who is injured and clearly out of combat like being tended to by a medic, that could be considered a war crime in many situations.

as an add to this strategy, you can use a vpo209 with gretska bullets, 110 flesh damage a pop, on a cheaper gun type you can find on scavs

I’d say the one use case for being able to very precisely crouch at a specific height in Tarkov is to be able to peak through slats in windows because we all know in most games the devs don’t account for that stuff perfectly.
Not to mention your version of the ‘giggle of ecstasy’ at 12:30 scores a hard 10.0.

My buddy used to do this for me getting kills on my first wipe. The amount of times you break both legs with 1 shot is surprising. He had above 100% actually at times because of the 2 hits for 1 projectile.

used to do this on the mall with a sks and HP ammo. It's really fun. Especially when they go into a store, med up, and then come back out again and you take their leg once more.

This is the video that inspired me to sit in that exact apartment with a silenced DVL. I took 17 legs that raid, no kills, but I laughed my ass off the whole time because of the pain and anxiety I probably induced. Hats off to you!

So for doing this in the future, to minimize weight, while keeping accuracy a priority - utilize a TX-15. Stock configuration is pretty good, add grip and optic and accessory it is ready. and if you want to do this same thing very cheaply, and to hell with weight - Use a 366 TKM. Fresh gun, suppressor, bastion mount sets you back 55k. Geksa is 70 rubles a round, and does 110 damage. Just be careful. 4 to the legs and they are dead.
Some other subsonic rounds that bring the pain - PS12 and PS12A out of the ASH-12. Because sometimes you want the entry hole in their thigh to be the size of a quarter, and the exit hole the size of a softball. 9x18 PSV out of a suppressed kedr. 9x19 Quakemaker. Use with an STM-9 and a long barrel to remind them to question their life decisions in continuing to play tarkov.
And of course, any slug out of 12 gauge. I recommend the Grizzly 40 slug. With a slightly shorter than average barrel (510mm or smaller) you can get it to be subsonic. (340m/s)
and my personal favorite .300 blackout, whisper or v-max. Because they will have no clue how deadly they are for sniping toes.

Brilliant, try 5.45 with PS (68 dmg) or HP (74 dmg) so you can shoot them more without antecedently killing them. Added bonus about PS is that the is no extra heavy bleed chance.

Dirtiest I ever did someone was on reserve. I was in one of the guard towers with a suppressed mosin doing my "shoot em in the legs" task when a player scav decided to walk up the stairs to one of the other towers. He very clearly did not have meds on him.
