I think Tom did great trying to put our visceral reaction to what happened. It helped me figure out I wasn’t the only one who felt gutted and so sick about losing another public safety family members had died. The democrats are going along with this. They are willing to just say “oh well” and we CANT do that anymore. I CANT DO THAT ANYMORE. I can say I went from being independent to I’ll say conservative all day long now. There are several republicans I can’t stand but then again they aren’t really republicans. 🙄 The extremes of both are insane BUT I’ll put a label on myself now. It’s not I thought I was better so I didn’t pick, I just genuinely found the answers in a compromise that was fair on both sides. So some things I liked from both sides. BUT like I said I will put that conservative label on myself proudly. There is nothing left on the left that I like anymore. Nothing.
