  • Sourced through Sky High Car Audio. Took a little over 2 months to get due to raw material shortage. They since put a price increase through (bit over 10%) and removed the SPL Neck upgrade and high roll Huge Surround Ground Pounder Cone from Sky Highs options.

hey there hows it going, just saw your high output alternator video and in that video you mentioned you needed a pcm to control the voltage looked for a follow up video o that couldnt find it. did you end up being abl t yass the volage conrl. i have a 07 accord and my voltages drops without the headlights on. wondered if the pcm worked for ou?

Yes it did. I have a CES (Custom Electric Services). 240 and had to buy the GM setpoint regulator for PCM bypass. Had to put it on myself but it really wants a big deal. Bypassed the factory alt plug and spliced where I needed to…I regret not filming that but it was a two man project to film.

@@ogscythe6118 Sorry a little confused. So the plug that goes into my alternator, i need to cut that plug and put this plug in its place, then plug in a vcm to the new plug?

@@Carlossteezyblunts you do not cut it. It’s bypassed all together. You “add” new lines for it. Check out Jonathan Patrick’s page for some videos. He owns Brand X Electrical (sells HO alternators). Find him on FB. It’ll be a lot easier to follow on there than me explaining blindly on here.

Brother can you link everything you bought to hook up the direct leads? Also, how many ohms is the sub?

I added the splicer link picked up at HomeDepot. The woofer is a D2. The wire ferrules can be picked up from Sky High Car Audio.

What's the RMS on this monster, 5000W?? 😱

It’s rated 3500 but have it hooked up to a SMART5BASS TARAMPS at 1 ohm. Digs deep on the lows, down to 26hz. It’s a nice sub for sure. It’s in my daily still.
